Job overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Careers and Employability to join Holland Park School. This key role will be responsible for managing and overseeing all Careers Education Information & Guidance related activities throughout the school for students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong team ethic. A flexible attitude to work and a ‘can do’ attitude is essential, along with an ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, parents and visitors to the school. The role will comprise supporting Key Stage 3 students in areas surrounding aspiration and development at Key Stage 4, this will include: providing careers guidance, organising internal speakers and our annual Careers Convention, organising off-site trips and opportunities and also maintaining both internal and external records in relation to careers and employment
