Bancroft’s, one of London’s leading coeducational day schools, is seeking an inspirational and enthusiastic Head of Careers, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship with relevant experience for this new role.
With this position, we seek to ensure that our pupils are well-equipped to enter the world beyond school, with the pertinent skills, information and experience to make confident choices about their futures. A key responsibility of this role will be to create opportunities for our pupils to take part in exciting projects to further their understanding of the world of work and business. The successful applicant need not be a teacher or from the world of education. This could be a full or part-time position and could be combined with another role either within or outside the school, depending on the skills and interests of the successful applicant.

About Bancroft's
Located on the border between North-East London and Essex and backing on to Epping Forest, Bancroft’s is a co-educational independent day school for around 1200 pupils from 7 to 18.
Our pupils achieve outstanding academic outcomes. In 2023, 68% of our students achieved A-A at A Level and 74% of all entries were awarded the top grades of 9 or 8 at GCSE.
