Based at Park Hill Junior School initially, this post has been created to ensure that the catering provision within all establishments within the Trust is delivered in an efficient and cost effective way and that all operations adhere to relevant food safety standards.  This position is a key role within the central Folio Education Trust Central Services Team and is available as soon as possible. 

The successful candidate will support all schools within the Trust:

Coombe Wood School, South Croydon (180 students growing to 1,680) – www.cws-croydon.co.uk

Park Hill Junior School, Croydon (370 Students + 270 Students in Infant School)  – www.phjs.co.uk

St Peter’s Primary School, South Croydon (420 Students) – www.st-petersprimary.co.uk

Wallington County Grammar School, Sutton (1,100 Students) – www.wcgs-sutton.co.uk

The person appointed to carry out this role will work with the Director of Finance and Shared Services on all aspects of regulatory compliance and other operational issues relating to the catering delivery within the schools. This post reports to the Director of Finance & Shared Services but also acts as part of the service provision for all schools and therefore is also there to support each of the Headteachers of the schools within the Trust. 

They will also line manage and support the Catering Managers in post in each of the schools.

Over time the Trust will grow and we envisage that the central team will expand so that it can ensure the correct capacity to support all of the schools. It may be that at some point the central team relocates within the local area.
