The Loughborough Endowed Schools is a charitable foundation of four independent schools in the heart of Loughborough, educating children from 3 to 18 years. Loughborough Grammar School, a boys' day and boarding school for those aged 10 to 18 years, is recruiting a Head of Classics. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional teacher to lead this thriving department. The post involves teaching Latin and Classical Civilisation to A-Level, and the ability to teach Greek would be a strong advantage. All three subjects are offered throughout the school. Contribution to the school’s wide-ranging programme of extra-curricular activities would be expected.
