Nash College is an independent specialist college which is part of Livability, a national Christian disability and community engagement charity www.livability.org.uk.
The college provides education and training for young adults who have complex learning needs including physical, communication and sensory disabilities, medical conditions or autism, in addition to a severe to profound learning disability.
We are looking for an inspirational leader who will have the vision, experience and motivational skills to build up and add to our existing provision to become an outstanding education establishment for students between the ages of 19 to 25 years old. We are looking for a leader to take the college from where we are today to a ‘Good’ Ofsted in the near future.

Livability Nash College is an independent specialist further education college for disabled people aged 19-25.
Based in Hayes, Bromley, the college caters for a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) including physical, communication and sensory disabilities, medical conditions or autism, in addition to learning disabilities, from severe to profound.
Our approach places a particular emphasis on ‘Learning Through Living’ – personalised learning, facilitating a range of communication needs, and supporting students in the community and with future vocational opportunities. The Course title is ‘Skills for Adult Life’ and runs for three years with an optional fourth year.
