Hall School Wimbledon, a vibrant and proudly non-selective co-educational day school, is seeking to appoint a well-qualified and inspirational Head of Computer Science for September 2023.

The successful candidate will possess an excellent degree in Computer Science or a related subject and be able to demonstrate both the ability and the passion to lead and teach this important subject across our small school, including up to GCSE and potentially A Level / BTEC.

Occupying a charming campus in the heart of Wimbledon, HSW offers a contemporary and innovative education in a nurturing environment, designed to enable all pupils to flourish and become independent learners for life. We are defined by our outstanding pastoral care here at HSW and our desire to tailor our teaching to meet the needs of every individual. A proudly non-selective school with a nurturing culture, we have small classes of 15 pupils with a wide range of learning abilities. Our staff are highly supportive and caring. Subject expertise is fundamental, but we are also looking for someone who is approachable, creative and fun. Our school is seeing a significant rise in numbers and we have exciting plans for further development.

In September 2023, we will be welcoming our first cohort of Year 12 pupils, with the launch of our new Sixth Form offer.

Salary: Competitive.
