William de Ferrers currently has a seven form entry with the main pastoral organisation based on a year system. Great importance is attached to high standards of conduct, dress, attitude and work. A large percentage of students stay on to join the sixth form and year 12 and 13 students are an integral part of the whole school, they make a valuable contribution to the life of the school supporting younger students across a wide range of activities.
The school is proud of its highly motivated, hard working and committed staff and runs an extensive induction scheme. We offer a wide range of CPD opportunities for all staff which encourages them to be able to continually provide an enhanced service to the school community.
