The academy is seeking appoint an outstanding teacher who is passionate, dynamic, proactive and innovative, who will lead the Creative Arts team and play a crucial role in the academy becoming an outstanding school. You will have excellent subject knowledge and will have experience of teaching at all Key Stages with expertise in delivering outstanding outcomes.

The successful applicant will:
• Play an important role in helping move the Creative Arts department to the next stages of its development
o Incorporating: Art and Design, Food Technology, Photography, Textiles & Graphics
• Be dynamic, highly motivated, and innovative
• Be able to inspire students to have high expectations
• Be a positive and supportive mentor to students
• Be able to teach GCSE & Level 2 and A-Level & Level 3 courses
