Leeds City College has embarked upon on an exciting and ambitious journey to achieve ‘Outstanding’ and is currently searching for a highly motivated, innovative, inspirational and student-focused Head to lead the Hair, Media and Beauty team.

Our Heads work with few rules but clear boundaries and enjoy autonomy to independently lead and shape their school and actively contribute to wider college life. They place the quality of teaching, learning and the stakeholder experience at the heart of their decision making and provide first-class curriculum and business leadership. 

We are looking for an individual with experience of developing technical and vocational curricula, who has lots of energy, will embrace change, has a natural can do attitude, will provide strong operational and developmental leadership and foster a culture which connects, engages and empowers our staff, student and employer family to grow, flourish and achieve outstanding outcomes.
