We are seeking an ambitious, dynamic, and innovative leader to join our Education Team in the role of National Head of Curriculum and Pedagogy. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of leadership and positive impact across a number of schools and contexts.

Your Opportunity

This exciting role involves developing and implementing a visionary curriculum strategy from Early Years to Key Stage 5. With a strong focus on supporting disadvantaged learners and those with SEND, you'll be at the forefront of creating a more inclusive and impactful educational experience for all students. 

Reporting to the Regional Education Directors, you will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, bringing innovative ideas to life and making a real difference in the lives of pupils across our trust. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional skills as both a strategic thinker and an operational leader. Your resilience, astuteness, and responsiveness to change will be critical as you lead with vision and adaptability, ensuring our curriculum continues to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
