Anthem is a multi-academy trust serving over 8,500 children and young people in 16 schools, both Primary and Secondary, across the East Midlands, London and Thames Valley.
Anthem is seeking to recruit a Head of Data and Impact to oversee the development and implementation of the Trust’s data strategy for its schools, ensuring internal and external stakeholders have access to reliable and timely data on all aspects of school performance.
The successful candidate will undertake the production, interpretation and analysis of data in line with the Anthem’s requirements, reporting on a range of performance data and information relating to all areas of the Trust’s work. The role involves regular communication with the Education Executive Team and senior leaders around the organisation.
The post holder may be required to undertake travel to the schools and could be based from either the head office in Reading or a more convenient location, with travel to Reading for regular update meetings.
