Post 1: Head of Engineering & Construction Management Based at the Welwyn Garden City Campus
Post 2: Head of Land Based Industries Based at the St Albans Campus
This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-qualified, inspirational, visionary and dynamic individual who will lead each curriculum area through a period of opportunity, growth and development.
We are looking to appoint two Head of Departments one in Engineering & Construction Management and the other in Land Based Industries. You will be a committed individual with the drive and passion to be innovative, resilient and to motivate a team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our students.
You will ensure that the students are at the heart of everything we do, being positive and collaborative in your outlook. Your passion, skills, knowledge and experience is required to maintain and further enhance the provision and student experience.
You do not necessarily need to have experience in these industries, we are looking for an individual who can lead and develop teams. An individual who can provide motivational leadership and day to day management working closely with the Director of Curriculum ensuring that students have an outstanding experience, stand out from the crowd and be ready for their next career path.
