You will be a Teacher of Performing Arts, (applications welcome from teachers with a specialism in Dance, Drama, Creative Media or Music), with a proven track record of success at KS4 who has the determination and talent to make a difference in the life of each and every student you teach; a teacher who shares our vision and can inspire our young people to achieve more than they believe is possible.

We are committed to professional development for all staff, regardless of role. We have an innovative staff development programme, which truly empowers teachers to take control of their own professional development. For those striving for career development, we provide funded places on nationally recognised middle and senior leadership development programmes.
