HEAD OF DEPARTMENT-RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
Salary Range: TLR1B
The Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified practitioner with a proven track record of success to lead the Religious Education Department. The opportunity has arisen due to a change in responsibilities for the current postholder. The role would suit someone who is already a proven Head of Department and is looking for career development in a large department or someone who is ready to step up to Head of Department for the first time but can evidence successful leadership attributes and impact. Candidates must be practising Catholics.
The successful candidate will be joining a school which is progressive, innovative and extremely ambitious. The Governors and Senior Leaders are committed to professional development and staff well-being. The successful candidate will be supported via a bespoke training and development plan appropriate to their individual needs and aspirations.
