Your new role:
To manage Technology and Art, leading and developing the curriculum and teaching and learning across the department, including the development of appropriate syllabus, schemes of work, lesson plans, resources, and assessment materials. The successful candidate will be able to teach Technology; all specialism would be considered.

You will need the ability to think strategically, creatively and to prioritise your workload. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with being resilient and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
