The role:
Are you seeking a new challenge? We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and motivated Head of Design and Technology. Through collaborative leadership, you will lead your team in creating a strong curriculum and ensuring our young people have the best possible experience of Design and Technology. To be successful in this role, you must absolutely believe that every child is entitled to a first-class education, no matter their background or ability.
About you:
We are looking for someone who wants to be the best. Someone who is excellent in the classroom and will lead by example. Has a proven track record of raising attainment through their teaching and learning. Someone who will make a positive impact within their department. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire their team.
