We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individuals with a passion for Design Technology to join us at Epping St John’s to ensure all students exceed expectations and become life-long learners.

BMAT is a growing Multi-Academy Trust supporting Primary and Secondary schools across Essex and East London. We exist so that the schools in our network can be freed to truly succeed and confident children freed to realise their true potential.
The school is also at an extremely exciting juncture in its future. Demand is high, with oversubscription in KS3 and 4 and an ever-growing Sixth Form. Over the last 3 years, exam results have risen at both GCSE & A Level, with last years’ results showing our best set of strong passes at GCSE ever. 16% of students achieved the highest (7-9) grades in Maths, with this year a more than 5% increase in both 5-9 and 7-9 grades.
We have an exceptional record of staff progression across the Trust and believe in growing our staff to reach their full potential!
