We are seeking to appoint an energetic and inspirational classroom practitioner who can lead our Design Technology team. You will be a motivated, enthusiastic and driven individual who has the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and share our single goal of ‘Students First’.
You will work alongside a fantastic team to continue to achieve the highest possible outcomes for students irrespective of their backgrounds or starting points. This is a great opportunity for aspiring or experienced leaders to build a department.
Through our partnership with the Outwood Institute of Education, we can offer high quality support and programs of professional development. Being part of the wider Trust, which has a number of academies, also provides a significant amount of career progression.

Outwood Academy City Fields is an 11-16 academy based in the friendly cathedral city of Wakefield. The Academy was rated Good by Ofsted in March 2022. We joined the Outwood family of schools in 2018.
