This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher and leader to play a key role as Head of Division at KGV Sixth Form College.
The post-holder will be responsible for the operational management, including line-management of staff, management of resources, implementation of quality processes and the development of the curriculum.
The post holder will be passionate, impact focused and target driven, with substantial teaching and learning experience.
They will have the lead role in the oversight and delivery of the College learning programmes within their allocated curriculum areas/division, however, specific experience within the allocated curriculum areas is not essential.
Proven ability to improve student outcomes is essential.
