Headmaster: Mr Nicholas Hammond is seeking to appoint a well qualified and highly motivated Head of Drama to start in September 2018.
Full-time and permanent post.
The British School of Paris is a non-selective co-educational school which provides British education of a high quality to an international student clientele.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach Drama to GCSE, and A Level and throughout the ability range within the very rich multi-lingual and multi-cultural student community of the Senior School.
He/she will have sound experience of A Level Drama teaching. We currently follow the AQA specification for GCSE and the Edexcel specification for A Level Drama and theatre Studies.
A purpose-built drama studio is available for classroom use and small-scale productions.
The department is supported by a thriving library and all teachers can use whole-class computer facilities as and when necessary for their teaching.
All applicants must be fully qualified teachers with recent experience of the British national curriculum and should expect to contribute fully to the wider life of the school. They must hold a valid EU passport or have already obtained a full French work permit.
