Dwight School London is an IB World School offering the Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma programmes. English language learning is a key aspect of our school as many of our students speak English as their second or third language and EAL support is crucial to their success in the IB programmes. We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and principled individual to coordinate the EAL programme in our Upper School. The successful candidate will oversee the provision of EAL to students in the Middle Years and Diploma programmes. 

We will expect the post holder to be an outstanding educator who can lead by example and has a willingness to innovate. An international outlook is essential and experience of the IB programmes and international education will be a distinct advantage. Dwight School London is a values driven organisation and the successful candidate will have to demonstrate and understanding of and a commitment to student led, inquiry based learning and the attributes of the IB learner profile.
