Compass International School Doha seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Head of Early Years to take responsibility for the support of high standards of teaching and learning and to take an active part in the development of the Early Years department and the school as a whole starting from August 2018.
With proven educational knowledge and people management skills along with a leadership background in education, you will be passionate about delivering high quality education. You will be an excellent communicator who gets on well with colleagues, students, parents within an international and multi-cultural setting. You will set clear guidelines and expectations and work tirelessly to support staff and students to meet and, on occasion, exceed all expectations. Amongst other things, you will be well organised and will be driven by your determination to improve quality and develop the school in line with our strategic plan. Lead learning by providing a professional, positive, pro-active and creative approach in Early Years.
The Compass International School Doha opened in 2006 and we have grown to 3 campuses in Doha to meet growing demand for places in the State of Qatar. We provide excellent education for expat and local families looking for a British style education. Our school is based in a pleasant residential area about 20 minutes from West Bay and the city of Doha. It features school facilities designed for students aged 5 to 18 with a range of interests and talents.
