Rose Hill School are looking to appoint an inspiring leader as Head of Early Years to join our education team from September 2020. This is a full time permanent position.
We are looking for applicants for the position of Head of Early Years who are energetic, highly motivated and passionate Early Years practitioners, experienced in nurturing learners with a learning through play approach. Applicants should be team players who bring a genuine love of teaching and learning and a commitment to pupil wellbeing and wider school life.
We have two Kindergarten classes and two Reception classes. The classrooms are open plan with each accommodating approximately 16 children. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage with enriched opportunities and invite applications from Early Years practitioners to join our team and be a member of the Management Team.
Applicants need to be qualified teachers with QTS and have experience of working with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. Being a team player and experience/expertise of working with a team of teachers to raise standards in teaching and learning is essential.
