You will need to demonstrate a professional background, a strong track record of supporting schools and wider related services, within a challenging change environment, a commitment to the wider welfare of children and young people, and the ability to lead a highly motivated team of professionals within a rigorous financial context. Your leadership and strong track record of managing change and delivering continuous improvements across a variety of key services will speak for itself. You will be a positive role model to others, demonstrating the Council’s organisational values.
