The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Curriculum Leadership: Developing and implementing a broad, balanced, and adapted English curriculum that inspires a love for literature and language.
• Team Leadership: Leading, supporting, and developing a team of dedicated English teachers to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
• Student Achievement: Monitoring and enhancing student progress and attainment in English across all year groups.
• Strategic Development: Contributing to the school's strategic planning and development, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
• Whole-School Contribution: Participating in the wider life of the school, including pastoral care and extracurricular activities.
