Due to internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity to lead the English Department at LeAF Studio School within Ambitions Academies Trust. Dynamic, forward thinking and absolutely committed to changing the lives of all young people, we are seeking a colleague who will share our inclusive and positive ethos. 

You will be an excellent classroom practitioner with strong subject knowledge. You will have excellent organisational skills and high expectations of all students to secure the best outcomes. Driving forward strategic priorities you will ensure there is a robust curriculum and assessment framework underpinned by a key focus on improving reading skills across the whole school.
