Oasis Academy Arena is an inclusive school, intent on improving the life chances of all our students, ensuring they reach their academic potential and develop as young adults ready for the next stage of education. We encourage our students to be kind, ambitious and professional, whilst valuing their individuality and creativity.
Our interleaved, carefully sequenced curriculum fosters a culture of lifelong learning. We emphasise learning over performance, and support our students to develop the skills, self-discipline and confidence to succeed. We encourage curiosity about the world and seek to inspire our students to contribute positively to it, both now and in the future.
Our students deserve the very best curriculum, facilities, teaching and support. Oasis Academy Arena boasts state-of-the-art learning facilities, situated adjacent to excellent sporting facilities, and just minutes to Tramlines, National Rail and London Overground services.
At Oasis, we recruit those people who display the character and competence to drive learning forward and accelerate achievement standards for all of our students. It is therefore essential that candidates can identify with, and be committed to, upholding the values of the Oasis Ethos and be ambassadors for Inclusion, Equality, Healthy Relationships, Hope and Perseverance.

They will be positive, passionate and enthusiastic with the ability to instil these qualities in our students. It is essential that you demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of teaching, learning and behaviour strategies.
We are a 2 minute walk from the Arena Tram Stop with East Croydon & Norwood Junction BR stations within easy reach.
In return for your hard work and commitment, we will offer you:
