Lea Valley Academy is an 11-19 academy with 930 students on roll. Lea Valley Academy is a member of the Edmonton Academy Trust.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Head of English to lead a dedicated team of subject specialists, at our school which is fast gaining a reputation for providing outstanding support for staff and students. The English team are proud of our newly developed curriculum, and now seek to further embed excellent practice to support students to reach their potential in English.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills in preparation for a substantive part, possibly at Lea Valley Academy.
Lea Valley Academy is looking for an inspirational leader who motivates pupils and staff alike to always strive to do their best and continue the development work needed with the GCSEs and A Level courses. We aim to recruit a committed and ambitious professional who is keen to develop their talents and leadership experience to lead this large Faculty. We are a modern forward thinking school with excellent on site facilities.
