About Role

Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong seeks a well-qualified, caring, and inspiring Head of English Language and Literature for our Senior School (Years 7 to 13), ideally with experience of teaching IGCSE and the IB Diploma Programme. The College is academically selective with an ever-increasing roll which currently stands at over 1,600 students. Post-holder Qualifications, Experience

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

1. Degree in English Language and/or Literature, or equivalent
2. PGCE or equivalent in related subject
3. At least 5 years’ experience teaching English Language and Literature to learners from Years 7 – 13
4. IGCSE and/or IBDP experience highly preferable
5. Experience of leading colleagues to achieve a common goal
