Post-holder Qualifications, Experience
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Degree in English Language and/or Literature, or equivalent
PGCE or equivalent in related subject
At least 3 years' experience teaching English (A) to learners in a secondary school (Years 7 – 13)
IGCSE and/or IBDP experience preferred
Experience of leading colleagues to achieve a common goal
