Head Of English

We are looking for an exceptional Head of English to lead and inspire our English department at Haberdashers’ Hatcham College, the founding school of Haberdashers’ Academies Trust South.

We are dedicated to providing world-class education that prepares students for success in an ever-changing world and as the Head of English you would play a vital role in leading the College.

As Head of Faculty, you will be responsible for shaping the vision and direction of the department, designing and implementing an inspiring and ambitious curriculum. You will lead a team of dedicated educators, providing guidance and support to ensure excellence in teaching and learning. Your role will also include monitoring student progress, promoting a passion for literature and language, and ensuring that every student achieves their full potential.
