Job overview

Glebe School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and dynamic Head of English for a fixed period of maternity leave from Easter 2023 for a minimum of one year. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious individual to come and work with us. You will be joining a supportive, committed and hard-working department.

We are seeking a colleague who has a passion for teaching English and who has the motivation to continue the development of literacy across the school. The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of Special Education Needs and will demonstrate a commitment to the belief that all pupils can achieve and learn to their full potential, whatever their additional needs.

Any candidate applying must be self-driven, team orientated, reflective and have staff wellbeing in mind.
