The Academy is also in a period of growth having increased its published admission number from 120 to 180 over the last three years to account for the preferences of families within the community. The Academy draws from nine rurally located feeder primary schools all of whom work closely with the Academy to provide exceptional transition experiences for young people.
We are looking for an outstanding English teacher with the ability to lead on developments across the key stages to facilitate improved KS4 outcomes, as well as the acquisition and development of language and cultural capital across the Academy. You will have the opportunity to work with enthusiastic, innovative staff who are competitive and ambitious about improving outcomes for children
You will need to be an effective classroom practitioner with a good track record of positive outcomes at GCSE, but be looking for a new challenge.
