Sutton High School have an opportunity for a passionate and positive leader to play a key role driving forward the English Faculty and developing an English curriculum that girls will be passionate about and inspired by.
Leading by example and teaching across the age range from Year 7 to Year 13, delivering GCSE and A Level English, you will also contribute to whole school strategy and drive forward the educational offer at Sutton High School through our Academic Leadership Group. You will also lead on the school’s public speaking and debating provision.
This is an exciting time to join a growing school under a new Head in this vital area of the school’s provision and create a vision for inspiring our talented and dedicated girls to become future leaders in this pivotal area.

About Sutton High School
Sutton High School is an academically selective independent day school for 900 girls with an age range of 3 to 18 years. We are situated on a green and leafy site in central Sutton, close to excellent public transport links and with specialist contemporary learning facilities such as Design Studios, a Ceramics Room, an Emilio Reggio EYFS Building, an amphitheatre and Oracy Space.
