Head of Estates (Estates Bursar)
Reporting to the Bursar and working closely with Senior Management at both the Prep and Senior Schools, Cheltenham College is looking to appoint a Head of Estates with excellent proven leadership skills in order to oversee the running of College’s Estates function.
As well as line managing a team of operational managers, the Head of Estates is responsible for providing effective and efficient management of the estate and facilities of the College so as to provide pupils, staff and visitors with facilities and services to the highest standards possible within budgetary constraints.
Extensive experience of property management & maintenance and strong financial literacy are essential.
NEBOSH or an equivalent Health & Safety qualification would be desirable as well as experience of historic buildings and/or the independent education sector.
