HEAD OF EYFS AT THE PIONEER ACADEMY

This is an exciting new post within The Pioneer Academy central team.  We are looking to appoint an experienced EYFS practitioner who will work directly with the Regional Directors and Head Teachers to provide leadership and direction for the continuing improvement of each school’s EYFS provision, and its journey to Outstanding. 

The Pioneer Academy is a growing Multi-Academy Trust, currently with eleven schools in Kent, Croydon, Bromley and Bexley. 

The Head of EYFS is responsible for ensuring that learning and teaching is consistently outstanding in all EYFS provisions, and that all pupils achieve their maximum potential, whilst promoting the values and vision of The Pioneer Academy.  

Requirements: 

• Excellent EYFS practitioner 

• Experience of leadership  

• Proven experience of continually improving teaching and learning 

• High expectations of accountability and consistency 

• Secure strategies that make learning exciting for children within a nurturing atmosphere 

• Excellent communication skills
