John Port Spencer Academy is a large, vibrant and energetic community school seeking to appoint an outstanding Head of Modern Foreign Languages from September 2018. The successful candidate will be an innovative, enthusiastic and confident classroom practitioner of Spanish, French or German to A Level and will have the vision to continue to lead improvements in this high achieving Faculty.   

You should be passionate about the subjects and be able to inspire all students to reach their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity to manage an outstanding faculty, which achieves considerable examination success. Applicants would be expected to share the Trust’s high aspirations and expectations for pupils and staff and have demonstrable evidence of driving teaching and learning outcomes at GCSE and A level.
