There are Heads of Department for Biology, Physics, and Chemistry, and in DT a Head and Assistant Head of Department. The team is dynamic and consistently and continuously strives to provide the very best experience both inside and outside the classroom for our students. Curriculum related enrichment activities and support to extend and challenge our students through up-to-date research and inspiring learning ensure we achieve both outstanding results and well-rounded students. The Science and Design Technology Faculty inspires and motivates a significant number of students to pursue further education within these subjects.
We are seeking an exceptional leader who has the vision, energy and drive to further develop this key area of school. The candidate must also be an experienced teacher of Biology across the secondary age range, with both GCSE and A Level experience.
