Are you looking for an opportunity to lead a high quality A Level Faculty? Are you passionate and knowledgeable about teaching, learning and assessment?

Here at HSDC we are looking for a strong curriculum leader to join the team to lead the A Level Faculty STEM & Social Science on the Alton and Havant campuses. Subject areas in this Faculty include: Sciences, Earth Sciences, Maths, Computing and DT, Psychology, Sociology, Law and PE.

This role requires an organised, motivational manager to help teaching teams raise teaching and learning standards and provide excellent student support to enable strong progress for all students in the Faculty. As Head of Faculty, you will lead an academic provision which meets the needs of the community, employers and universities, develops students’ employability skills and enables progression.
