International School Brunei requires a talented and ambitious individual to lead our successful Arts Faculty. The ideal candidate will be able to lead a dynamic Faculty, made up of subject specialists teaching Visual Arts, Film and Media, Performing Arts (Drama and Dance) and Music, focusing on the highest possible standards of teaching and learning. The Head of the Arts Faculty will be a Visual Arts specialist. IB experience is preferred but not essential.

Visual Arts, Performing Arts and Music are all compulsory at KS3. At KS4 Film and Media is added to the Arts Faculty to form very popular parts of the IGCSE option blocks. All subjects are offered as part of the IB Diploma Programme for KS5 students. ISB also encourages all students to showcase their creative skills, so The Arts Faculty provides students with opportunities throughout the school year for students to demonstrate their skills including Art week, musical performances, performing arts showcases, Senior Drama productions and school musicals.

ISB is an inclusive school, therefore the successful candidate will be able to lead the delivery of wide range of pedagogical approaches across The Arts faculty and be able to deliver innovative and engaging lessons which engage all students.
