Job overview

Marshland High School are seeking an ambitious and inspirational Head of Food Technology to join and complement the friendly, supportive and dedicated professionals within their Technology department.   They will demonstrate a passion for Food, be a very good teacher and possess strong leadership and management skills. 

The successful candidate should be passionate about the subject and will be able to engage and motivate students at KS3 and KS4 supporting them to reach their full potential.  This role involves giving a clear vision and direction to work, identifying key areas for improvement and planning appropriate actions to meet them.  

It is desirable but not essential that you can teach other technology disciplines at KS3.
