Head of French and Home Languages
Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR 2B £5,023 per annum
Required from September 2019
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational qualified secondary school teacher of French to lead our thriving and successful Modern Foreign Languages Department. The post would suit an experienced teacher who is committed to getting the best out of all students that they teach by raising their aspirations and their achievements.
You will be required to lead and teach across the ability range in Key Stages 3 and Key Stage 4 in French.
You will be a passionate teacher, a committed team player and have the enthusiasm to make a real difference to the lives of students. You must possess excellent teaching skills, the ability to work collaboratively with team members and a keen desire to share ideas and improve standards. You will need the drive to bring professionalism and enthusiasm to the courses offered. A flexible attitude towards teaching in the department and an appetite for involvement in developmental work is essential.
