Job overview
An experienced, PE specialist is required to lead and develop further the Games and PE Department of this outstanding day Preparatory School. A committed and successful team is led by the Director of Sport who has overall responsibility throughout the School.
The candidate will be:
- an enthusiastic and well qualified individual who will be responsible for the day to day co-ordination of the curriculum area, ensuring high quality teaching and learning.
- able to demonstrate clear vision for sport, developing further Games and PE to cater for both girls and boys by coaching netball, hockey, rugby, football, cricket etc. to a high level.
- committed fully to competitive sport, including responsibility for the fixture list for both girls and boys.
- committed fully to the extra-curricular programme.
- an ability to teach another subject would be desirable
