Location: Dormston School, Mill Bank, Dudley, West Midlands, DY3 1SN
Required for January 2020 we are looking for a highly motivated, creative and inspiring Head of Geography to join our highly successful Humanities Department. The Humanities Department are an innovative, forward thinking, supportive and encouraging department who achieve excellent exam results. We are therefore seeking an applicant who can contribute towards this already strong, positive team.

About The Dormston School
The Dormston School is a mixed, comprehensive, non-denominational secondary school without sixth form, situated in Sedgley, near Dudley in the West Midlands. It is a community state school. A larger than average secondary school, Dormston provides 1,120 places for students aged 11-16.
The Dormston School was established in 1935. It has undergone a number of renovations and additions over the years, including a £4 million arts and sports centre, which opened in 1996 and was funded by the National Lottery. The Dormston Centre, a building that joins on to the school and contains a theatre, sports hall, art gallery and gymnasium, was built in 2000. Our newest block was built in 2017 providing an additional 5 classrooms to our site.
