Lea Valley is an established 11-19 school, which is situated in the northern part of Enfield having easy access to London and also Hertfordshire and Essex. As recognised by Ofsted, Lea Valley is a ‘good school’, with the leadership praised for its continued determination to improve provision and outcomes and where all staff share the leaders’ vision and support the whole-school ethos.

Lea Valley is looking to appoint an exceptional Head of Geography who will raise standards and performance across the key stages and ensure a positive learning environment throughout the department.  This is a unique opportunity for a talented leader with the ambition, drive and desire to deliver the school’s vision and to become a valued member of a strong school community.
