Oxford Spires Academy has the exciting opportunity to appoint a Head of Geography to join and lead its thriving, friendly and collaborative faculty from September 2018. The position would suit an exceptional Humanities practitioner with a proven track record of success and ambition who is able to build excellent relationships with students as well as leading and inspiring an established and successful team of professionals.

The Humanities Faculty is enthusiastic, friendly, creative, forward thinking and high achieving. Students make exceptional progress within Geography and our achievement outcomes in 2017 were significantly above the national averages.

We heavily invest in our professional development and provide the opportunity, through the Oxford Deanery and Oxford University, to complete a Masters qualification in Education.
