Esher High School is an 11-16 oversubscribed high performing school. In our March 2017 Ofsted inspection the school was judged as ‘Good’ and this marked the start of our journey towards outstanding. We have enjoyed substantial investment in our facilities recently, which has improved the learning environment across the school.
We are looking for a dynamic leader to take responsibility for Geography in an established department with a stable uptake for GCSE students each year, who is keen to improve on the good outcomes (Grade 4 plus 70% in 2018). The job will provide an excellent opportunity for an outstanding teacher who is:-
