Terrington Hall School is seeking to appoint an outstanding Head of Girls Games who has the ability and willingness to teach humanities to Year 8. The post comes with the possibility of onsite accommodation. A willingness to contribute to the wider aspects of school life is essential, as is an understanding that this post will involve some weekend teaching and fixtures.
Standing in the rural beauty of the Howardian Hills just north of York, Terrington Hall is a refreshingly carefree, unpressurised environment for a child’s formative educational years of 3 to 13. A welcoming staff, good facilities and super children make us a great place to work.
The successful applicant will be expected to teach PE and Games (including swimming) and to promote and safeguard the welfare of all children in their care. The post holder will work in conjunction with the Head of Boys Games.
Closing date: 20th April 2018
