The Head of History will have an impressive History teaching record, will ideally be able to teach elements of Religious Studies, will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, a commitment to the ethos and values of Rugby School, and a willingness to participate fully in the life of a busy day and boarding school.
