Theale Green School, a well-established Academy within the heart of the community are seeking to appoint a Head of History in a full time, fixed term (maternity cover) position.
The ideal candidate will have experience and passion for raising and sustaining high standards of student attainment and achievement through leading the development of the department by setting strategic targets for learning and teaching and effective management of staff.
The successful candidate will be supported by a team of experienced staff and will have full support for maintaining Continued Professional Development.
Theale Green School as the newest member of Activate Learning Education Trust (ALET), part of the Activate Learning group.
